What We Discover

We began by having meetings with our customer and other users to learn what they are seeking for, what issues they have in daily life, and how we might help them.

Research

Our study used in-depth user personas of adults (18+) and discovered various pain points related to signing documents and also including digital signatures on them.

  • John Doe is a young man and business owner who favours technological advances and quick fixes. finding it extremely challenging to sign documents each and every time, and there is no professional resource available to alter files and save signed copies for later use.

Solutions:

  • We developed this software with useful features that help not just John but also a large audience worldwide.
  • We introduced capabilities including the ability to add signatures, amend documents, and attach stored signatures to files.

  • It irritates when someone delete messages and you are unable to read.

  • An app app that can read and save messages before its deleted.
  • Create chat thread of each user and save all messages , so user knows who deleted the message.
